About Us

Productive Equity Solutions (PES) is a boutique equity compensation consulting firm based in Claremont, California.

Founded by industry veteran Debbie Tsoi-A-Sue in 2019, the PES team currently supports clients on a wide variety engagements delivering expertise in diverse topics such as program and system operational management, SEC filings and financial reporting, and special projects such as IPO-readiness services including system conversions, transfer agent implementations, SOX readiness, Early Lockup Release (ELR) programs, and new program rollouts (ESPPs and RSU plans).

 

The PES team touts an impressive 50+ years’ of total experience in equity compensation with industry-leading, innovative organizations such as Yahoo! and Google, and includes a CPA with 15+ years of experience with stock-based compensation expensing as well as other seasoned equity compensation industry professionals with extensive experience in all aspects of equity administration. The team is platform-independent and has successfully completed client engagements working with various systems and broker platforms.

About Debbie 

Debbie Tsoi-A-Sue has an in-depth background in the stock compensation industry. She previously held management roles at Altaba Inc, formerly known as Yahoo! Inc., Lending Club, Genentech, and Sun Microsystems. Her experience includes many aspects of private and public company global stock plan operations, IPO, and SEC and financial reporting. Debbie also has many years of experience in designing and deploying employee communication and education programs. 

Debbie has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. She obtained her Certified Equity Professional designation from Santa Clara University's CEP Institute (CEPI). During her equity compensation career, she has volunteered time with the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, including the posts of Secretary, Program Committee Chairperson and SVC NASPP's Annual Conference Coordinator. She has also served as a Subject Matter Expert for test development activities and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the CEPI. For GEO, in addition to being a two-term former Board Member, Debbie was a leader for the GEO Northern California Chapter for over 10 years. In addition to consulting for private clients, Debbie currently holds the post as GEO's Senior Director of Global Strategic Initiatives.
